Slowresto, be chuffed as nuts , didn't think anyone would get that !!!! It did read very early Mk2 not all Mk2 and yes the early Mk2 all locks had keys in horizontal position later Mk2 and all Mk 3 even the last when locks were seperate item from door handle were vertical. Well done Ian.
Well that's numbers 2,3,4,5&6 correct now what about No1???
Ok, 3 Ronal. Wheels then fitted to the Ghia. And I need a beer!
No beer, just to clarify all Mk2 3litre ghia's were fitted with "ghia" alloys 1975 and early 76 3 litre S had ronal (as per Granada ghia) . These wheels were also fitted to the 2 litre ghia and S of the same period later in 1976 all ghia's and S models fitted with "ghia style wheels"
So your first answer ending in "later fitted to the err ghia". Was obviously err wrong so I will be having a beer lol
The thing is Len. The fact that the key orientation is correct gives an interesting insight into how devious you can be with your encyclopedic knowledge. Therefore Q1 could be very hard indeed.?
Hi Ian, sorry no Mk3 2.8i had top tint screen as standard, all had colour coded mirrors, all had opening rear quarters and as the question read what did the early "W" Reg 2.8i have that the later 4 speed did not would sort of suggest that you kinda lucked out with the Mk2 door handles, only joking bloody good effort in fact far much better than all of the other so called experts on here lol. Mate you have put them to shame they really do need to do their homework, that said some of the previous answers have been partly correct. RScapriman.

Early 1982 cars also had 3 spoke steering wheel and were available in some of those colour schemes but I guess Cobalt could be one of the answers certainly not one that I was thinking of however, see everyone County 78 has been doing his homework good effort John
Good effort County78, I personally would class the glove box as part of the lower dash but you correct it was black . You also could of said the headlining was black, the internal plastic trims that covered the rear wheel arches were 2 colours grey in the interior/passenger side and black in the boot area, the carpet on the rear of the back seats and on the boot mat was also black and they were fitted with Ghia dashboards which were light grey. So there you go another load of useless information and another quiz over !!!!!!! Now come on surely someone else could have a go at setting a Capri related quiz??
