Just completed 1800 trouble free kms in the RS2600 on a recent 7 day trip to Ireland which was arranged by The Manx Classic Car Club. The car was absolutely faultless during the trip. It used no oil and only needed to be topped up once afer over an hour stood in Dublin's notorious stop start rush hour traffic. It was happy to cruise at 85mph and surprisingly has returned an average of 22mpg for the the entire trip. It was amazingly comfortable, quiet and a joy to drive on the twisty tarmac of Donegal. My wife was less than keen for us to take the RS as I've only driven a maximum of 150kms in a single day (but amany shorter runs) in the time we have had the car but even she has fallen in love with it and has insisted we do more trips in the RS than the McLaren!! Whilst I won't be able to make it down to the RS day, I will be attending the 50th Celebrations on the 20th July and cannot wait to drive it again.
