John, I fitted a cheap tracker from ebay similar to this www.ebay.co.uk/itm/GPS-Car-Tracker-with-GPRS-and-Vehicle-Theft-Protection-Alarm-System-TK103A/253257321356?epid=1887153422&hash=item3af7500b8c:g:6sgAAOSwu~5bteDAas the car never really leaves the garage so paying a monthly fee to a tracking company seemed a bit of a waste. I purchased a pay as you go GiffGaff sim card to fit to the tracker as you only have to put £10 on it and it doesn't expire. You only use credit when the tracker sends an alert. It states that you can set it up to cut off the fuel pump while the car is in motion from your phone but as ours are mechanical you could use it to cut off the feed to the coil. Just a word of warning, unless you use a battery conditioner you may want to pull the fuse when your car is laid up for a while because it will drain your battery over a few weeks. Hope this helps Phil

Hi Phil, Yes my sentiments exactly i couldn't see the point of paying a monthly fee when the cars hardly leaves the garage, But like you said the ones that you have recommended are very affordable and i think would do the job fine.. Thank-you for your input Phil it is appreciated Regards John
