Hi all, just wondered if someone could put a few pictures up of the route the fuel line takes as it comes through the boot floor, and then goes down the chassis on the right hand side. Thanks for any help.

Here ya go. Out of the boot floor. I'm using a non standard connection here... The under the chassis rail to the outside of the chassis rail Then to a metal tube around the remainder of the chassis rail to the front of the leaf spring mount... Which goes around the mount to the inner sill/outer sill/floor joint and the metal section ends below the quarter panel and the pipe carries on along the sill/floor edge.. but then cuts into this bracket and the outer side of the front chassis rail... The joins a solid pipe that runs along the back of the cross member in the engine bay Hope that helps...and hope I have it right!

No problems. The metal pipe at the rear is actually a sleeve over the plastic pipe. At the front, across the back of the cross member, it is a pipe. Mine was badly corroded, so made a new one out of stainless steel, matching the original.

Hi, just another quick question, is that plastic/metal pipe 5/16” size or is it bigger? Thanks again

The metal section is 10.39mm, while plastic pipe is 8mm...both outside diameter. Hope that helps!
