This has been driving me mad in that I can't find the answer anywhere......... The headlight adjuster on the RS & GXL is a plastic hexagonal headed screw, two per light. They are a 'press fit' into the circular metal retainer and then screw into the backing plate. If you want to dismantle head light unit, say to re anodise - it is very hard to remove the grey plastic screws without breaking them. Are these available anywhere, I have bought numerous Stag units but the thread is different into the backing plate. I am sure that some one has hit this problem before? Any advice welcome

Ok so not so hard in the end .... an M6 bolt or screw of suitable length and a 'niloc' nut. Just wondering if there is a source of the plastic screws or a better solution ? Attachments:
