Hi, I've been thinking about doing this. How many bulbs would we need? Just thought it maybe a good idea in reducing the current draw, what with old wiring etc .

britelightleds.co.uk/vehicle-use/led-lighting/vehicle-use-bulbsThis is the place I used, the dash ones were a tight fit, but once in they at in!! Four light up the dash which is all I did, I left the warning ones standard as they were OK, but now wish I'd replaced them as the main beam bulb blew last week! For the number plates the best were from Osram but still the edge of the bulb and bulb holder needed slight filing, but I've found the modern glass ones are a tight fit too. Indicators on my car are standard, but on my daughters Moggie I went LED but you need a digital relay, the best I found was a guy that does the big classic shows in the Midlands like Race Retro, NEC Restoration Show and NEC Classic Car show. The headlights I have H1 +150 Halogens from GE as I have yet to find an H1 LED bulb that looks nice and fits the standard Lucas headlight unit.
