Some of you may have had your cars out already, but for me today was the first time the car has come out since September last year.
First trip for me was down to the MOT test center and once again a pass so already to start going to some shows. ;D

I bet you went somewhere a bit more glamerous than an MOT Test Center? Did get a free Retro Ford magazine from last year as it had a picture of my car in when I went to the Ace Cafe. Introduced the RS to the new aquasitions, my Skoda Superb Elegance which is now six months old and Sue's Skoda Octavia Laurent Clement which is now one month old (Sue's Christmas present that I ordered the week before Christmas, only took 5 months to build compared to the six months for my car!).      All have Satellite Navigation, FM Radio and MP3 player and that includes the RS. Mind you the RS does need me to stick the phone holder on to the windscreen and slide in my new mobile that I got for Christmas in. So all the cars have handsfree phone, although the Skoda's use something called Bluetooth ;D No longer is my car just a seventies throw back, but now has the same toys as a modern car. Oh and the other cars have leather seats because it looks like vinyl or is it the Capri has vinyl because it looks like leather  Now with two new cars on the drive way, I'll have to wait until Christmas before I get the trailer that I was saving for and back to square one saving to get the RS restored  |
