Right. That's it. I'm going to start dismantling my car today and then retire to the sun!

Parts are going for silly prices! How much for your afterburners? Do they damage the rear lights?

waste of time Vernon it would take more than after burners to make a bland white car into the type of performance car a Sebring Red car is and when all said and done your just not man enough to handle such performance aids ;D

I was always told it makes you blind which would explain why Vernon purchased a boring colour, but in Vernons case it obviously made him deaf as well!!!! fancy trying to blame it on my wardrobe I mean have a look at this Abduls sandals, rommels trousers, one of Phil's hats and a t shirt with a coaster sewn to the front of it, bloody quality no wonder the other two in the pic are trying to make out he is not actually there!!!! or is it he is not actually all there?

Len, you won't believe how hard it is trying to get out of the house looking like that! And besides, I was saving my pocket money for those 'previously enjoyed' magazines. I hardly got a look in though!

I would just like to put the record straight and state that the floppy thing with no discernable colour on Vernon's head is definately not one of my hats. How it could possibly bear comparison to the tastefully fashionable GREEN example sported by the rather dashing young gentleman standing to his left is really quite beyond me.
We were actually trying to work out what to do with the wobble board that Rolf - sorry Vernon - had given to Andrew for a closer look.

Phil, well, your hat may be green, but what were you doing lending it to a dashing young gentleman? Having said that, he appears to have walked out of shot and given your hat back, so I guess you must have been relieved by that ;D One thing I'd like to point out that while my hat is light in colour, it's pretty much original. While it has been around the block a few times, it still works and performs admirably, although granted, it's getting a bit dog eared and the corks are missing! Your hat may look a lot newer, but I have it from a good source (thanks Len!) that your hat has been restored quite considerably!!!!

Actually Vernon, my green hat is completely original and unmolested.
I even have the owners manual and certificate of ownership to prove it.
You might think I'm joking, but I'm not ;D
I might modify it one day though. I quite like the idea of a gold Spa Special roundel on top...

;D Ah, I think mine came with a manual etc as well. I'm not sure what condition it's in given my hat has been soaked in river water many times during my travels. I think there is a pouch or something inside, but I'm not sure how waterproof it is! I'll have to look next year at Coomb! Thats a d**n good idea with the spa special roundel. To be honest, that's where I tought Gareths had gone already! I'm sure you can get your good wife to embroider something on! I would ask her from a good distance, however!
