Just checked my diary. Stick me down for this then Len. We need at least one car there with the 'proper' combination of orange needles and later dials!
WGW still not back yet - but it might be by September...
By the way, how much are the rooms at Stanford Hall? Same price as the Wellesley perchance?
Bet the landlady won't have such a fine set of norks though. Ooooooh matron.

No problem Mike, cannot see either the rooms or the landlady being up to same spec as the wellesley arms mate. So as per the letter you all (except you Mike) received at Castle Combe the cost of the tickets for the Registrars display this year is £10 per car plus driver any additional passengers are £7 for advanced tickets for members or £10 for advanced tickets for non members, alternatively you can purchase tickets for passengers on the day at £12 per person. Tickets are only available via ticket web ( to help registars and staff) go to www.nationalday.co.uk qoute password ( rsnationalday2010 ) and your RSOC membership number or alternatively call 08444 771000 asking for National Day Tickets again supplying the password ( rsnationalday2010 ) and you membership number. Any problems please contact me, I would suggest that you order your tickets as soon as poss as I believe it is on a first come first served basis and could you please let me know when you have sorted it either via this site or Tel 01249 720570. Many thanks Len

Right Len, I can't make this. Despite my wriggling, Viera, my better half, is going to a reunion of people who spent 6 months walking over the pyranees 20 years ago. (I'm sure they had planes then, right?) Despite my protestations and the Threat of 'but Len'll get ya!' I have to fly to Krakow and spend 3 days on a hut on a mountain somewhere in Poland. Apparantly, her going and looking after a 4 year old and a 4 month old is not acceptable while I go off to national day. Sounds fine to me! Sorry for the late notice. I knew this was on the horizon, but really didn't think Viera would go, but she's set and booked the flights. She's even paid for my flight, so I can't even plead poverty!

Ticket arrived today while I was giving the car a run out. Should I have a pass to?
The ticket was ordered via the web and the option for registrar/one marque parking gave the impression pass and ticket. Any ideas?

Mine's arrived too Gareth as just a ticket. But it does have Capri RS3100 on the tear-off bits and also says One Marque RS Parking in tiny letters, so I'm sure we'll be ok.
Mind you, it also describes me as a UK Normal, which some might take issue with. Shut yer mouth Len!
