Hey llok closely at the first red one, it has bumper over riders, I thought that the RS bumperettes were a different profile to the 1 piece

Nice pictures Len. Any idea where this was? It looks like one of those fast ford shows that used to be held in the south...sort of Oxford ish area at some stately home. They were the best shows..so I'm told, as I'm obviously too young to have actually gone! Phill told me I believe! ;D.
I see what you mean, JR. Something is going on there. Chrome quarter bumpers, over riders plus the number plate is very low. It could be an RS2600, given the chrome bumpers and colour, it not being orange and all that! I see Green wasn't exactly popular at the time! How fashions change, huh?

Hi JR, no they are the same profile as the one peice, check out the large vent in between them in the lower valance looks like a Mk4 Zephyr/ Zodiac item grafted in, you cannot see from these phots but the car I believe is in fact a 3000 GXL it has the correct side mouldings and given that the 3 RS3100.s next to it were owned by Greek Cypriots at the time I think it was probably one of the V8 conversions that Costas owned hence the need for more air flow. Interestingly note the yellow RS3100 DWA 324N in its correct colour the only pic I have is in Sebring Red, I dont know where the venue is Vernon but I do know its a lot earlier than the Fast Ford shows.
