Blimey, it's gone very quiet on here lately. Presumably you're all busy tucking your RS's away in soft blankets for the winter?
Mine will remained licensed throughout and will I hope see a bit of activity on dry days. But at some point I plan to strip out the interior and improve things, starting from the top and replacing the headlining. Must say, I do find the 'everything black' theme a bit oppressive, so were there the opportunity to pick up a donor car with a perfect interior in tan or cognac, I could be tempted.
Anyway, I see on ebay that VTD 66M, the black RS, is back up for auction. Wonder what happened with the last winning bidder? It's currently at £5100.
Also, if you're after a top and bottom hose then check out item 110452573515. I've snapped up a pair of these for £25 and there's a pair left, plus they'll take orders for more. Not original Ford items, but newly produced ones in black, and at that price worth slinging a pair in the boot.
