I am pulling my hair out!
I have set the timing up and the carb is balanced and everything runs great at idle. I set the timing with the vacuum pipe disconnected from the dizzy and blocked up. Starts on the button but as soon as I connect the vacuum pipe to the carb it misfires when revs increase. I took the car out on a short run without the vacuum pipe connected to the distributor and it runs like a dream.
