Never seen an RS3100 in real life but will have a go on the quiz :-)
1. Escort MK1
2. RS3100 use support brackets on wings, RS2600 use standard long bumper bolts with sleeve
3. Cortina MK2
4. Granada MK1
5. Richard Grant wheels as standard (N.A.G) and Minilite as option

So..
I've diligently read Factory original Ford Capri Mk1 and Steve Saxty's recent book on Capris
to top up my knowledge on top of years of Ford Heritage, Classic ford in fact anything Capri related and i still
don't know the answers ;-)
There's a gap in the market Len for you to do a book with all this missing info in.
If only so I can answer a question!!!!
