Hi Mike, not sure where to get one probably search on line or motomobil in Germany, it's been many years since I have messed with a gearbox but from memory once the centre console and rubber gator below have been removed you should be able to remove the gearstick by undoing the large cup that surrounds it you then should be able to see the nylon bush
If anyone else on here has resolved this problem recently perhaps they could confirm this procedure.

I know the Escorts use a different gearbox, but is the nylon part shared between different Ford gearboxes?

If so I think Burtons do a bronze version, otherwise try Trev at Stage1 Motorsport.
