Well, I don't know what I should do now. The cup is engraved and there is no more room for any other winners Mind you, as there was a special offer on at the engravers, I thought I would make myself the AVO RS3100 champion for 2012, 2013, 2014 and 2015! ;D

Oh dear it seems a nerve has been touched, Vernon did ask me to look over both of the cars at Combe last year as he expected accusations and very unkind comments from the losing party and I have to say both cars looked the same as ever so I reckon you were beat fair and square . If i were you Gareth I would take full advantage of TBL being in bits you may have a chance of winning ;D

Hi John, I read (but can't be sure how acurate the article was) that 3.0 capris had 106 lb/in springs, while the injection had 112 ib/in, while I don't know what the RS3100 had originally. I'm running 190 lb/in springs on the front of my mk2 capri and had these on when it was a 3 ltr. Seemed hard but not too bad, so I would go for somewhere in between 112 and 190. Difficult choice... as it's not exactly a 5 min job to swap them over! I'd probably go to the lower end of that range to be honest!
