They look correct and definitely have the correct decal, part number should be 9050114. RScapriman

The seller has had a look and says that it appears to be something like '770cc350c41' and that they are also stamped '73'.

The seller has had a look and says that it appears to be something like '770cc350c41' and that they are also stamped '73'. The correct Bilstein part.no for the RS2600 is B46-770 and I think it's the same for the RS3100. I think they are marked with a sicker like this.

The correct shocker for an RS3100 is as the E-Bay item in appearance with the metal part painted a mustard yellow colour and with the same light blue decal with black writing. RScapriman
