Well i thought i might let you know that she has arrived at her new home in Newcastle Australia. Were she has become the centre of attention, for my family and a lot of small ford owners. she has been cleand and polished more times than days she been here. and shes the best colour. I must thank Julian for her as all i have done is admire her. Blimey, I didn't even know Julian was selling it, let alone that it was heading down south. Sure I recall Julian telling me he'd never part with it!
When I relocate to Malta, WGW won't be coming with me because the import tax there on big engines is absolutely crippling. They want everyone to drive egg boxes I think.

Well the deal was done on the quiet. but i can say the car will be staying put with me. my family has owned 20+ capris over 45 years starting with my father buying his first cappa in bristol in 74. a cappa was my first car in 1995. this car is now part of the family and staying put. Im now the RS3100 registar here in Australia and a Secretary of the Australia Rs Owners club.( we are now on facebook, and accept members there worldwide) We as a family have owned nearly all forms of capri from the consul, mk1 1.6 mk1 2.0 mk1 3.0 mk3 2.0S and tickford convertible turbo( yes the ford badged mazda's).
