here you go
1- Name a month and year that the pre facelift RS2600 was built at Saarlouis ( not Koln) ?
2 - What is the colour code stamped into the (body colour) Chassis Plate on an Olympic Blue RS3100 ?
3 - What different colour decals were available for the bonnet on a facelift RS2600?
4 - What colours were the following cars painted originally, STW 954M, STW 955M and STW 956M ?
5 - What is the Reg No of the last RPU built and colour?

Good try Magnar, unfortunately your answer for question 2 would have close for the code on the Black and Silver Chassis Plate but not the painted one. One of the reasons behind me asking question about RS2600's is because fair play to you, you always have a go well done mate.

Well I'm a real novice when it comes to this sort of stuff, but...
1. June '72
2. E4
3. Hmm, I've only ever seen white (most), plus the occasional black and blue
4. Oh gawd, White, Sebring, Olympic. 954 is my doubtful one.
5. RPU 660M in some sort of off-white

Hey julian good to see you having a go mate 2 out of 5 for you , Now then Mr County man bloody hell you have paid attention and fair play you have done your homework 3 out of 5 but have to say you probably got the hardest ones right and between the lot of you you got them all right but not one individual. Dont think it wise giving gareth the cane from what MN has told he it would appear he rather likes that and as for Vernon just the sort of response I would of expected from an owner of a dull car, you must be an exception to the rule, Bloody good try that did not expect anyone to get a couple of those correct.

One? ONE? FFS, I'm going back to 1977/78 5-speed VX490's. At least I know all the answers on those rare machines... I await the correct answers with great interest and curiosity then, and promise to memorise them, headmaster. MN

Well, another try, using all the above answers except Mike Back of the class! 1. June 1972 2. Olympic E 3. White, Black, Blue 4. 954 marine blue, 955 Sebring Red, 956 Olympic Blue 5. RPU 660M Diamond white And Mr county, my socks are always pulled up! Mostly! I second Gareth for Corpral punishment, just not with Miss Whiplash. He'd like that!

Oh dear MN what a defeatist and with a beautiful colour car as well I am dissapointed Well done Vernon sadly 2 out of 5 correct, do we need to await Darin so that yet again a novice will kick ur asses??? I have asked him not to have a go at this one as he clearly made you all look fools before!!!
