Great pictures and stunning colour! So, can it wear those plates, or will you enevitably have to swap over to US style plates?....I'm guessing the latter!

Vernon, Ange has told me of a very good reason that your sight may be impared, she says she caught you both staring and drooling at some scantily clad young ladies at Combe last year whilst you should have been on the parade lap, she also said that she was very proud of me for averting my eyes it proved me to be the true gentleman that I am

Hi Gents,
Now lets work out how many US cops are on this forum? Ok, I am good to go:-)
I am supposed to have US plates on it and probably will.........one day...... but do you know how much fun it would be to get pulled over and explain, I have just brought it into the country, what is the problem officer.
I may be tempting fate, but I love having uk plates on it.
Take care
Pete

Could you do what some of the US Car owners do in the UK and have both?
They fabricate a number plate holder that uses the bumper mounting bolts and sits just below the bumper. I am sure with a bit of handy wiring and bullet connectors you can add a number plate light without hacking in to the wiring loom.
Still have the UK plates but avoid the hassle of the cops asking too many questions.

Hi Gareth,
That isnt a bad idea, I'll look into it.
Although they have weird and funny rules here and there may be something that says they have to be a certain height etc.
Thanks
Pete

I asked what those blury pink things were, and you said that you wern't sure, but would go and have a closer look, come back and let me know while I stayed with my car. You were gone some time and came back with the lame story of a couple of girls advertising a new strawberry ice cream! Thats it, I'm getting glasses!
