sev 318m rs 3100

hi this is darin with the white rs3100 RAF 429M trying to trace thewhereabouts of SEV 318M daytona yellow rs 3100. Its been off the road since 1983 does anyone have any information on this car. Has anyone seen it? Does anyone know if its been scrapped. Len does not know the whereabouts of the car. SEV 318M is one of three consectutive registration numbers. I own SEV 317M and SEV 319M and i am just curious to know the whereabouts of the car. Any information would be greatly appreciated. Cheers Darin

The last I heard of this car was that it was restored in 1985 and was in the Yeovil, Somerset area.

From the DVLA vehicle enquirey, it shows that it was first registered on 21 May 1974 and tha TAX was due on 1st September 1984.

I wonder if it is an ongoing restoration or that once complete the car is now in storage?

You could try contacting the DVLA to find who the current keeper is but you need a good reason to do so and it costs about £5. I did this with my Escort Cosworth so that I could trace the earlier owners of my car as the V5 only had the last owner adress. Managed to track loads of history for my car.

I havent any news on 318m but I owned SEV 319M from 1981-1985 and would love to see pics of how car is currently.
