Sure Vernon will have a few pictures.
PFV really stood out amongst the Escorts and looked well impressive. Pitty AVO couldn't get a Capri as we were all pretty close together.
Good to meet up with Wayne and few more of the gang!

Yup, had a chat with Vernon and Ian. I did see John but couldn't get away from a guy giving me some history on one of the RPU cars. He was saying he owned the modena green one that got written off and that it was modified by Ralf Broad so the engine spec was similar to that of the RPU car that was on the trailer at Coombe.
Would that be correct, two RPU cars with similar modified engine spec, but only one with the Cologne arches?
Perhaps in the near future we could get an RS3100 stand?
Took the time to have a good poke round the Batwinged BMW that was on display, first time I've had a close up look and they seem so much bigger and boxier compared to the flowing curves of the Capri.

hi all yes was a great show. got loads of good feedback about my car and got loads of tips on how to improve PFV from a guy who does concours show. it was nice to see you again gareth. i will post some pics as soon as i find the lead to the camra. len i did have one guy chat to me saying he owned a yellow rs DWA 324N do you know the car len. p.s thanks for the radio vernon cheers wayne

Hi wayne, glad you enjoyed the show, yes I have heard of DWA from memory I believe it was painted Sebring Red but was originallly dayton Yellow.
